From Farmer
to Your Roastery
Every lot follows a rigorous six-step chain — full traceability, no shortcuts.
Smallholder Farm Partners
We work directly with smallholder farmers across Yirgacheffe, Guji, Sidama, Harrar, Lekemte, and Kaffa — paying a fair premium at origin and removing middlemen. Full traceability to the farm level.
Washing Stations & Drying Beds
Our partner washing stations control every variable — water quality, fermentation time, and raised-bed drying duration. Washed and natural lots are processed separately to protect cup profile integrity.
ECX Grading & Certification
Every export lot passes through the Ethiopia Commodity Exchange physical grading system — tested for moisture (max 12.5%), defect count, and density. Only certified Grade 1–3 lots proceed to export.
In-House Q-Grader Cupping Lab
Our SCAA-certified Q graders cup every lot blind before export approval. We score aroma, flavour, aftertaste, acidity, body, balance, and uniformity — targeting 80+ SCA for every shipment.
Export Preparation
Green coffee is packed in GrainPro liner bags inside standard 60 kg jute sacks to preserve moisture and cup profile during transit. Custom private-label print and vacuum-seal options available on request.
Direct Container Shipping
We load direct from Djibouti Port to any destination worldwide. Full and shared container options available. All export documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and customs handled end-to-end.
